I don't think it is an official suicide watch. It comes from her friends and family aka publicist. She was just out of rehab and has been claiming she wasn't using at all or partying in an attempt to change her image.

Right now she is virtually unemployable because the insurance costs of putting her in a movie are just not worth it.
