Campaign Problem

Just downloaded and installed mod, looks great!!

When I load up and click on Imperial Campaign to start a game it tells me
"PLEASE SELECT AN ITEM FROM LIST"

Anyone have any ideas whats going on?
Or if I need to do something before playing.

Ive changed first time play to false in the pref file.

You are probably trying to install the mod over a version of Rome Total War patched to 1.3, you must have Rome Total War patched to 1.5 for the mod to work.
