playing gc games on pc

I have Re4 for gc but iwan't to play on the pc so i made and special cd image in cgc format, but on the pc i have 3fps when i wanna play with every emulator i try so what can be done, my hardware is r9600xt, p4 3.00@600 and kingston hyperx 512mb 2.5-4-4-8.

I didn't knew there was a stable GC emulator since it would require alot of RAM. How much you got? (not card ram, processor used ram)?

Well the most powerfull emulator from what i've heard is Dolphin it's very stable but i always have 3 fps, in the menu while i'm playing and it's impossible tio play. I have 512mb kingston hyperx with radiator so i think it's enough, i still wanna buy a new cpu from 2.66@533 to 3.4@800mhz.
