What the hell does DoW mean?

BB just means BadBoy. Basically, as you start conquering and annexing factions, your BadBoy meter goes up. The higher it is, the higher the chance that a gigantic coalition of the other faction pops up. You don't want that to happen. As to where it can be found, no idea myself. I only have EU: Rome and for the love of the Gods, I can't find it.

EDIT: ALright, I think the BB indicator is on the diplomacy screen of Rome. Will check that out tonight or tomorrow.

I never really got the whole BB (Bad boy) thing, why not just call it reputation instead? Sounds more grammatically correct, and more authentic.

They do badboy is what it's listed in the save game and the game files/on the forums.

Im fairly sure that early Paradox games except EU3 didn't displayed BB score in any way. So to know your BB score one had to use console and type "badboy"
thus the BB got popular
