Land/ Sea Battle Crash!

The game always crash in the land battle mode!! Sometimes it takes 3 min, other times 10 - 15!
I've tried to unclock the pc, that doesn't help. Every time this happens, the game stops working and i have to restart the pc. A bluescreens appears once in a while too >_<'
The FPS is ok, but the crashes are totally random.
It's a little more stable in the sea battles, but it still crashes a lot
I hope that a patch will fix the problems

My comp:

Intel Core Quad Q9300 2.5 Ghz (overclocked to 3Ghz)
Geforce 9800 GTX 512 MB
GeForce Driver 182.08
Vista 64
