Limited contact with other kingdoms without your own kings approval. Why would the lords of Ashmark try and trade with Goldengrove if their kings hate each other?
Kings Mudd, Stark, Arryn, Martell, Lannister, Gardener, Dondarion, and the nights watch and beyond the wall. I will exclude essos as I don't think there was any interaction at that time.
AFAIK there were no Free Cities at this point, they were all created by the Valyrian Empire a few thousand years after the fall of house Mudd.
oh I forgot Hoare, and yeah I'm saying no essos at all Now rules any suggestions.
So: Kings: Mudd Hoare Lannister Stark Bolton Gardener Arryn Durrendon Ithink this would be plausible as a GoT restart, but not as its own game as its too similar. It also runs in direct competition with GoT, so I would have to require something more than you completely plagiarising our rule set, and actually making one of your own.

How is it stolen? Petty much, that you can't even come up with your own.
We also got permission, (or Bonez did) to take elements from GSTK.
Perhaps the faith militant should be included.
