Ulthuan is invaded by Dark Elves very often. It was attacked even by Greenskins and Skaven. If winds of magic blow stronger then deamons will attack High elves from Annulii...

If Pegasus Knights want to attack someone they have to get close, right? I think CA can make it like when they get close their target, they can be hit.
