0 bytes files I included should do this automatically, but you can delete them manually if...
Did you let everything overwrite, including the 0 bytes files? They will force the game to rebuild them
Recreated Music.dat should be about 541 mb

One should add that it also removes map.rwm (regenerated by the engine) - to apply any changes to map, region, settlements or armies.
Always run it first prior to testing a new build otherwise it...
