    Sorry. I was frustrated that the script didn't work because i was already deep into the campaign. I changed the requirements on EDU for the mamluks so now i can recruit them without the transition.

    Found more bugs:
    Abtal and amir's guard missing sound
    Western Absolute_Monarch buildings are missing UI images

    It's okay. It's pretty strange though since in theory the script should work. The early game version atleast does. No clue why in the high era it doesn't.

    Missing sounds on the battlemap? Or what do you mean?

    It would happen when I would scroll over the region. It didn't happen again last night though, so I wonder if there was a compounding variable I couldn't isolate that wasn't present this last time.

    If it crashes again, I'll post a log though for you.

    Ok. Next time, try to see what's in the suspecious region without the fog of war. That might help me to understand

    Bug sighted!

    Early Campaign. Turn 1. Kingdom of England. Axe militia units have the Roman peasant unit icon from Rome TW (2004). The big unit description where the unit is described displays the right image, but the smaller icon doesn't.

    Thats an old bug. You didn't apply the hotfix or use the newest patch.

    Damn, I was certain that I had applied both hotfixes. In fact, I was pretty sure that I had downloaded the version which apparently has both included. Silly me.
    I've applied the fixes, but it still crashes. Are they not save game compatible? It would really be a shame...

    I even went as far as to uninstall SS and reinstall it with the submod, but to no avail. I followed the instructions to the letter, but it's still crashing. Should I just start a new campaign?

    It's the easier and better solution. That was the one CTD which is/was not savegamecompatible. If you're attached to your campaign or are far into it, there is another solution I can tell you via pm. But I would recommend a new campaign with the newest version.

    @ bigdaddy1204, have you installed the latest patch because in my game, I have no missing card for the axe militia?

    @ Pauper, I've checked all the units you have in your screenshot (HRE and Pisa) but none of them is causing a CTD in my game. It must be something else.

    @ Barney85, same remark as above with France and HRE. I can't check your log with the link you posted

    Not playable. Played with Venecia a bit, got crashes every time when tried to initiate battle with rebel army from nearby city ( the one which is on the way to Pisas faction ) From my side i had only a general, so, must have something to do with units deployed in these cities.
    Too bad, it seems like a mod that could be otherwise enjoyed. But not with bug that forbids primary functions of game.

    @ j.a.luna, miles have been removed for CS at the start. They have been replaced as follow:
    - Templar Knights in Acre
    - Mounted Sergeants in Tripoli and Antioch
    - Hospitaller Knights in Jerusalem instead Mounted Sergeants (more accurate).

    @ Boogie Knight, traits for Abbasids corrected and updated. Relations are related to al-Mansur now f.e. I did the same for Zengids (relations related to Imad ad-Din Zengi or Fakhr al-Mulk Radwan f.e.)

    Note: Fakhr al-Mulk Radwan was a Seljuk ruler of Aleppo from 1095 AD to 1113 AD

    I saw it while broswing through.. But problem i had, first, about "EDU" file, i had one in my game folder "battle_models_edu" but in it wasn`t ownership pisa, venice, papal_states, sicily, slave
    but that was only one with that extension..
    For second part, i found these script lines in "battle_models" aand..even more confusion.. i found exact lines, i dont understand what should i correct? The red "67" is there.. the whole line is there.. what exactly i need to correct?
    And yes.. problem is with Rebel Italian Cavalry Militia..

    In the export_descr_unit.txt file (EDU) located in your data folder, you just need to remove the "slave" entry. That's not critical and you can leave it if you want.

    In the battle_models.modeldb file located in the unit_models subfolder in the data folder, for Italian_Cavalry_Militia, you have originally:
    Code:
    5 slave 
    68 unit_models/sandy_units/AttachmentSets/gs_attachments_slave.texture 
    68 unit_models/sandy_units/AttachmentSets/gs_attachments_normal.texture 0
    Replace the "68" in red by "67". You should get:

    67 unit_models/sandy_units/AttachmentSets/gs_attachments_slave.texture 
    68 unit_models/sandy_units/AttachmentSets/gs_attachments_normal.texture 0
    Hope it helps.

    Edit: check that carefully because unless you have already corrected it by yourself, it is 68 and not 67 for the "slave".
