I'd kinda enjoy it if you could summon demons in the battle field with spells. Maybe put a timer on them as they'll be sucked back into the warp after their time is up or are killed.

That's something I'd love to see, even if it's only temporary. Imagine being able to summon one of these at high levels:

A daemon timer mechanic would be cool. It could work off of a need for death and blood like the bloodthirster in DoW where it lost health while not in battle. It would turn into a cat and mouse game where you actually try to avoid battle with summoned daemons (as if the troops would complain) until they weakened or you could bring a daemon-banishing unit into the fight.
