Due to shortage of money, I want to increase my King's purse per turn, can friends show me how to edit any descr_strat file or something??

Well first of all i would suggest to make a copy of your descr_strat file just to be safe .
Then make sure you have notepad++ installed and open the descr_strat file with notepad ++.

Below is an example of every factions starting money and their kings purse per turn (used third age total war DaC as an example).
Look up the faction you want to change and edit the number after denari_kings_purse to whatever you want.
