Crowing Trait

Hi! I just want to know someone can help me about the Crowing Trait if is working properly for the 9.6 or I'm missing something. I'm playing as the Roman Empire and after conquering all the settlements my new emperor has this "Ready for the crowning ceremony" trait so I sent him back to Constantinople and its been ~5 turns now. I believe I have checked all the needed requirements for him to be crowned but its not working. It says that he cannot have more than 7 ancillaries? is that the retinue since he got 6? Also a 20k to cover the ceremony which is not an issue since my revenue is overflowing. Does it take a while before he is crowned?. his stat is (2 command, 4 chivalry, 3 authority, 8 piety) Thanks in advance

I'm sorry but it seems the Byzantine crown is broken in 096. Read this entry, and this, and this.

This crown will be functional in 097.
