Will fairies be involved? and all that!
Will there be a faerie faction involved? I mean will there be magical folk like pixies for instance?
Or will they more Tinkerbell like?
I quite like the idea of a fairy godmother!
Magical incantations like bippety boppety booo! and the like, excites me for the possibilities really!
Can anyone shed any light on the subject please?

lol! No, no such faction. You can get some info the GW site. Oh, my, just checked the website and unfortunately it is all about the Age of Sigmar. So yolur best bet is to check out the wikis or buy the books for each army.

No, there is no such things as fairies or pixies in the Warhammer world. Think of Warhammer as a really, really, really brutal and grim fantasy world. Fans have jokingly coined a new phrase for this setting:"grimdark". The Warhammer universe is dark, violent, depressive and also completely insane.
The closest thing we have in Warhammer to fairies and other magical creatures are dryads:

As for your link, OP, those are miniatures built by companies other than Games Workshop. Those miniatures are not considered canon in the Warhammer Universe.
