How to edit general`s loyalty

Hi. I am writing a new general, which will be spawn by script on 1th turn.
Tell me please how to change his loyality? What I have to write in his traits? (in campaign sripts)
I want that he had an index of loyalty equal five ***** (5/10)
and his piety (7/10)

but i cant do this. Please help
