Anyone reckon the raiding feature needs to be nerfed so it can't be used to get around Vampire Counts corruption (or lack thereof), and the subsequent attrition armies suffer?

I think that the regional occupation is not going to affect what the cities are supposed to look like. For instance, greenskin cities in the badlands are above ground, but when they conquer the dwarf karak cities, those would be underground.

Ergo, logic dictates that each race should be able to have both above ground and below ground cities. If empire conquers karaz a karak, they don't insta-build a castle on the mountainside. They instead use the already build dwarf walls, turrets, etc.

It's just gonna be weird to see dwarf turrets firing cannonballs when they are crewed by vampire counts.

But the alternative would be silly! An above ground city (presumably on flat ground) replacing the underground defenses!! Hahaha that'd be lame, i'd rather have regional occupation IMO.
