Except that even when you get the Armos, the Armos doesn't show up.

Isn't it a rather long delay before you get the units? Like something along the line of 3-6 turns or something?

You are supposed to get it in 1 turn.
I didn't had any problem with it personally.

This was an issue with some settlements not being added to the script, its been fixed so in the next version they should appear everywhere
