Trade agreements value won't increase with time?

I just acquired the Warhammer TW in the Steam sales. I just initiated my first capaign, but, so far it appears that trade agreements value wont increase for long partnership, like it did in previous Total War Titles. Its it true or im wrong?

It will increase very, very slowly especially if there are only a couple of trade resources involved. Combined with how frequently the AI breaks trade pacts in the early game don't rely on trade as you could in some other TW games. Eventually it can still be a large % of your income but takes quite awhile to reach that level- basically both you and trade partners make more money with more trade resources but the scaling is a bit off currently though I think it might actually be appropriate for the mega campaign.
