Can you ambush rebel armies on the turn they spawn?

Or can it be modded?

I presume an ambush is triggered by the target army moving into your ambushing army's zone of control rather than just spawning within the zone, so it wouldn't happen ordinarily, but is the trigger for ambushing something that can be modded?

Never thought of it; first thing I'd try is to modify the ambush chance to like 100, then having several of your armies raiding or in ambush stance in a choice settlement.
