Thread: Liberate as vassal (satrapy or client state)

  1. #1

Default Liberate as vassal (satrapy or client state)

Would it be possible to maybe have a submod to liberate as vassal (satrapy or client state) instead of ally. I recall it being mentioned this would not be difficult, but would be a nice optional submod for DEI.

If nobody will, perhaps point me in the right direction as to how?

Use More Vassals + Cyanide's Easy Diplomacy

Liberate normally, use cyanides to make them vassals

There are two major issues with that.
    1. The AI won't be liberating as vassals as I am (yet another advantage for player, which DEI is already too easy without Testudo)
    2. Cyanides mod would have to be continually save/quite and used because playing with it otherwise ALWAYS make diplomacy VERY easy. Any trade agreement always accepted and the moment you offer any amount of gold they accept no matter what.
