I think I might have a Albania campaign. Having started reading the siege of Shkodra by Marin Barleti
Anyone had a chance yet?

Sorry Wallachian, a question I forgot to ask in the last few days: the next version, that you mentioned in your message, will be savegame compatible?
Probably not because if there are any bugs in the campaign scripts will have fixes which are not savegame compatible.
Users have been reporting crashes in the byzantien empire turn or in genoa's turn. So we need to look into the reason for this.
When will be possible to recruit handgunners, arquebusiers and cannons ? After year 1400 ? Is necessary to built a certain building ?
How unpack native music pack? I really liked this music. Thank you)
Does anybody know what the menu music pieces are called? One of them is agni parthene, but I cant identify the other ones
Main menu songs:

The third one is called "blagoslovi dushe moye". If you go to data/sounds you can extract the music. Just double click extract_sounds.bat
As for the gunpowder units, you'll get notified when they unlock. Handgunners in 1370, early arquebusiers between 1420-1440 and matchlock arquebuisers in 1475. Musketeers in early 16th century.
For god's sake the one I was looking for is not in yt and the music is not extracting for some reason
Turn 118 as Serbian Tsardom no ctds other than the UI occasionally but saving often and as you see it happening allows campaign to continue.
Ottomans are slow, apathetic and cannot hold possessions they revolt constantly even Bursa!
They (Ottomans) do not seem keen on attacking any settlements especially Roman?
I noticed when I played as Romans.
I had to encourage Ottoman hostility to get a "historical" though in truth it was from nothing to everything fast.
Their is always a crusade called against Varna which is cool, but it would be nice if the Ottomans seized it first.
Perhaps the same with Hadrianoupolis and Nikopoulis?
Wrong thread

yes ottomans are to weak same as hungary.Bosnia and croatia take like 10 hungaryan towns.
Perhaps the AI Ottomans need a script to attack the various Christian Principalities, Tsardoms, and Despotates plus the other Beyliks?
Maybe something like that just cash and they build stuff.
Plus they can't make vassals out of individual Despotates as they did, using their troops boosting size of army.

Such scripts don't solve things, they just make game less organic and reduce replayability. They just need something to snowball on, we are working on it.
I am sure that you and team will succeed. Thanks for a fantastically enjoyable experience.
Yeah managing to get the Ottomans organically strong and interested in Europe would really be ideal. If possible imho you should really fear the Ottomans all the time like the Europeans did... Be close to like "OH MY GOD WHAT CAN WE DO" at around 1400, then after Timur kicks their ass you are thinking "oh i guess they weren't that bad to begin with", and then after they consolidate again you are like "OH MY GOD WHAT CAN WE DO"
Yes that pretty much sums it up nicely
Thanks for great mod! And for the patch 1.4
Amazing mod, it's so nice coming back to M2TW after all these years with such an awesome work.
Just out of curiosity, have the team ever considered working on a mod with a full Euro - Middle East map? Just askin
Definitely not. Our focus is purely just Eastern Europe.
Also, we are not really interested in something like that because it is too unrealistic (hardcoded region and unit limit) and the amount of work would be huge.
That's the beauty of mods: they are often focused on certain historical flashpoints.
In my case, I knew nothing about late medieval politics and war in Eastern Europe, besides being aware of Ottoman expansion. To really get into the mod, I had to do quite a bit of independent reading and research. Now, I'm all the better because of it.
