If you want to play a historical mod in the medieval setting the best are:
Stainless Steel Historical Improvement Project and Broken Crescent.

That's good to hear, I tried Titanium and did notice RLC is included, I reinstalled SS 6.4 as I think one of my problems may have been another sub mod I had installed (Rise of Bulgaria) so I will try it again, I'm sure the problem is the operator and not the software haha, thx for your reply
