Hi guys,
I was going to wait until the workshop was open to share these but since everyone else is doing it I thought I might as well join in! These are just a few personal mods that I felt were essential in my campaign. I figure you might get a kick out of them.
Better Barricades
Barricades have 2,500 HP in vanilla and last about a second when attacked. This mod gives them 100,000 HP and makes them last 40-60 seconds depending on the strength of the attacking unit.

Lower Political Actions Costs
This lowers the influence costs of political actions depending on the severity of the action. Things like assassination and adoption are unchanged but smaller actions,like gathering support or finding a wife are reduced.

Unlimited Governors
This mod allows you to have up to 100 governors for every imperium level. This means that you can have a governor for every province you own, which makes sense.

No Text Aide de Camp
Your Aide de Camp is the guy who warns you about things happening on the battlefield, like generals dying, units routing etc. In vanilla a small icon appears on the right of your screen along with subtitles of the Aide's speech. This mod removes the distracting text and replaces it with a small black box.

Alternate Pikemen
This mod aims to make Germanic pikemen more similar to medieval pike units rather than a Macedonian phalanx. I'm not sure of the history but I think this is more likely to be how they actually were. The pikemen carry a shorter pike and also no longer have shields. They have new animations but their stats are unchanged.

Stronger Destructibles
Battlefield props, like market stalls, fences and pots, usually collapse or break as soon as a unit touches them. This mod significantly increases their HP so that they take a little bit of a beating before breaking. They will still break after a while if you march an army or heavy unit through them but more often then not light units will move around or jump over them.
