[MOD] Happy Clients

Hello

This little thing makes your new clients like you (puppets, Tributary etc witch you have made a subject). Whenever you create a client agreement the subject will get 100 "likes" toward you, this makes them in a few turns love you even if you forcefully made them sign the agreement. And hopefully, as long as you don't treat them bad, they wont turn on you and stab your neck as soon as possible

Hey,
I had another idea how this problem could be solved. I changed it that when a client state refuses to join a war when you got attacked the treaty is just broken and you are not automaticly in war with your former client states.

But unfortunatly I couldn't test this yet, because my only campain is on legendary and i don't wanne

it up by declaring random wars
