Well Super Slaughter has many armies and is very bloody-I like that-my type of Total War...but can be be overwhelming. Try the regular version first ...if that's too easy then do Super Slaughter.

Hello, Bran, is too much slaughter in you mod, you loose at least 1/3 from your armies even in the most simple battles situations, which is somehow annoying. Troops moves very fast, cavalery never get tired, morale is too strong and units fight to death before you can do anything. It s imposible to work multiple battles or campaign strategy with an army, after first one you have to rest and recover many turns, practically any win it s like a defeat on strategic campaign. This casulities ratings it s not so realistic. Historical, only the most bloody battles (like Borodino) reach 30% casualties, a normal one is somewhere at 10 - 15%, even if you are defeated. Yes, the AI play better, but never tired factor, increasing the speed and moral for units so much makes any battle an useless massacre. I ve play on very hard battles and hard campaign setting.
On the other hand the game, the play engine work so much better than original mod. I ve play with 2 units multiplier size (around 600 man per regiment) and I don t experience any lags, crashes or fps slowing, everything works so smooth! This is awsome!!
questiion is - there is a way to restore original db.pack file? or I have to reinstall everything? Or there are options to decrese that values, like speed, fatigue and morale?

this is fantastic, but you really need to make a version for the last version of 8. What the devs did in the 9.0 update is despicable, they've made some extremely poor decision that in my opinion have ruined the experience overall and I'm not the only one who thinks that look at the comments on the NTW3 9.0 page, it's not positive.
There have been on going improvements with the NTW3 Classic Battle mod for MP online battles and the 1805 European SP campaign. The v9.0 campaign had a few small improvements which combined Naples & Sicily (as they should be). For the upcoming v92 campaign patch we've finally fixed the blob issue and restructured the Prussian economy to more historically represent their state in late 1805.
yea i made a mistake with my previous statement there was something i didn't realize. Also do you mean the v9.1 patch? As that's the latest current patch for NTW3 unless there is a v9.2 coming that i don't know about lol
The Lords Patrons are play testing the NTW3_v92 patch this weekend. After testing and corrections it will be released
Lord- has the defensive Ai battle blob bug been fixed?
Yes, the problem was with the "Fog of War" in the unit_stat_land tables were units could hide in long grass. The Ai was clumping all of their units into a mass formation hiding them from the attacking player. The NTW3 mod was designed for MP online battles, and differs significantly from the Single Player campaign battles, so we've modified the campaign battlefield settings to reflect those battles that are normally fought between the player and AI with the exception of a few opportunities to do drop in battles.
