Generic missions and victory conditions are ready for Narykos and Rhodes.
What is more all new factions will now have more generic missions - like build temple, recruit agent, accumulate favour, perform hecatomb, recruit mythic unit etc.

Buildings and garrisons are ready for Narykos and Rhodes. I have also done unit prices/upkeep costs. So, essentially I still need to do Epic Missions (2-4 days) and some diplomatic changes. Then we will be able to test new factions.
Rhodes/Narykos campaign update went to testing phase today. It should be released in around 2 weeks.
I have uploaded the newest update both on Steam and Epic. As always it might take few hours for it to be approved on Epic.
EDIT: the mod has been approved on Epic.

Features of the upcoming update, that should release this weekend:
- Abantes and Paeonians in custom battles.
- Patroclus with new looks in the campaign and custom battles (for Phthia faction). Players will receive him during Achilles' Epic Missions. AI Achilles will have Patroclus spawned via script, so when we will play as non-Achilles faction we will see Patroclus running around on the campaign map.
- New custom hero for Lycia in custom battles (with new look in the campaign) - Glaucus.
- Allowed/disallowed heroes will now work properly for all new factions. So, for example if Knossos cannot recruit Warlords, such hero type won't be spawned in heroes pool. Homeric Heroes will be an exception.
- Major changes to AI unit/buiildings preferences to make sure that AI will create better armies. So far, my tests have been promising. Some examples from turns 60-90:
I have updated the first page with images of units from Paeonians/Abantes factions.
The update has been uploaded on both Steam and Epic.
I have started working on Abantes/Paeonians campaign update.
New campaign related elements that I have completed for Abantes and Paeonians:
- Victory conditions
- Early game missions
- Proper models for new heroes
- Starting units and technologies
- Allowed/disallowed heroes
Skill trees, mounts, bodyguards, items are ready for Asteropaios and Palamedes.
Buildings and garrisons are ready. Tomorrow I will start working on Epic Missions. Probably will need 2-3 days to create them.
Abantes/Paeonians campaign update went into testing phase. It should be ready in 1-2 weeks.
As for what is planned after these two join the campaign, I hope to create playable Aethria (Helenos, prince of Troy) and Lycomedes' Dolopians (Lycomedes, king of Skyros). This is how the map of playable factions will look like when they will be implemented to the campaign:
Impressive work, good luck with the Abantes/Paeonians campaign testing!
Thanks Alwyn.
The newest update (Abantes/Paeonians in the campaign) has been released.
Thanks Nikron, alwyas happy to hear that someone reinstalled Troy to try out my mod
Hard to say about Phaiacians, they always kind of appeared in my "possible factions list" but haven't materialised yet. As things stands now, Aethria and Skyros are next. After them we will see.
In general some of these 5 are possible candidates for future factions (if I will make more of them playable, haven't decided yet).
PH - Phaiacians - Dorians - Alcinous - Interesting starting location, our second Dorian faction.
C - Cicones - Thracians - Euphemus - Our another Thracian faction. Most likely would serve as a "third party" force in Thrace. A faction that Troilos, Rhesus, Helenos, Aeneas and Paris would probably have to fight at some point.
D- Aegaan Pelasgians - Pelasgians - Deiphobos - Our last important Trojan Prince. Would move him away from Priam faction. His starting position would help keep Maeonians at bay.
A - Arcadians - Achaeans - Agapenor - Not so interesting starting position. As AI they would probably serve as a "third party" force on Peloponnese.
M - Perrhaebi - Aeolians - Machaon - Probably the most important Greek hero who is still not playable. Would have to move him from Troizen. Would help to keep Dorians in check
In general, on Discord most people were interested in Cicones and Deiphobos.
Aethria/Lycomedes' Dolopians custom battles update went into testing today. I have also updated the first page with some screenshots of their new heroes and units.
Aethria/Lycomedes' Dolopians in custom battles update has been uploaded on both Epic and Steam.
