Thread: can arrows be left in the ground?

    Default can arrows be left in the ground?

    Is it possible to make arrows stay in the ground for a longer period of time?
    if so, how much lag would i get if i set it to 30mins or so?

    It is possible! I have seen a mini-mod or something somewhere here - it is just a matter of finding it - I wish the same could be done for javelins/pilae. I'll try and locate it, but I had no luck a couple of weeks back....

    Yes i believe the file you were talking about is for mtw2, not rtw. Rtw does not have a descr_impacts file so i don't think that its possible in rtw. Though, i'm pondering over this as well, i could use some extra realism to the game.

    If you enable the Movie Cam Feature you will see that pilae are under the terrain.
