Welcome! The Zone of Control (ZoC) is a zone of red spaces around an enemy-neutral army. Normally, when one of your armies enters an enemy ZoC, it cannot move anymore for that turn. However, if your army started its move from a fleet, it can bypass these red squares (the ZoC) without stopping its move. It is a bug
