It doesn't 100% fix the issue, but it addresses it enough that it isn't as big of a deal. The bonuses should be much smaller and should go away rather quickly, and the factions that were the most affected (like Egypt) have had some systems added to help mitigate. Its mostly not noticeable now, compared to being fairly game breaking before.

CA is aware of the issue and I am hopeful a fix will be added for the next patch, so that is the good news.

In the next mod update. Probably within a day or so, we want to include the battle fixes too.

Haha, CK and EU are off the rotation for a bit (they'll be back I'm sure). Still got Stellaris hanging around though... but DEI is full on... having a lot of fun with it.
