It sounded Romanian and I'm right - the Romanian league seems quite competitive these days and it seems there has been a shift away from the traditional power base in Bucharest.

Good group for Man Utd - but tough for Arsenal and Citeh. Group A looks like a real 'group of death' to me. Chelsea don't have it easy too - Valencia and Leverkusen have good CL pedigree.

Barcelona - Milan...hmmm...davide.cool will be wetting himself.

I have not seen the newspapers today, i'm dreading heading out to check them. I'm willing to bet that there is a mixture between knee-jerk "oh this is the end this is the end" and "oh we'll bounce back." Neither are right, but neither are wrong. Things need to change in Scottish football.

Namely the Old Firm should go into the championship.

Meh, when I was in Scotland EVERY SINGLE NEWSPAPER had at least one article a day about the decline of the SPL, and after the win against Denmark all newspapers sauid there was still hope if the players stayed in the SPL which they won't so a day later their conclusion was that it's over.

And they kept on whining about Goodwillie's transfer and that 10 years ago he would've played for Rangers instead of Blackburn.

We really don't need all that garbage that goes with the pair of them in our beautiful league thanks very much

I have to say it is simply amazing that the scottish football authorities have continued with the 12 team leagues for as long as they have it must just be so boring to play the same old teams all the time
